Exchange and Return Policy

Poco Nido wishes its customers the best shopping experience to enhance their lives. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned once delivered.

If any item arrives damaged (leakage/broken/missing items) due to transit or is otherwise defective, an exchange/return can be initiated after a thorough verification. Poco Nido will replace it at no cost to you provided that you give notice and a photo of the damage or defect. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Any final decision to exchange the products is in Poco Nido's absolute discretion and will be subject to a full inspection of the products prior to a decision being made, or any exchange/return being processed.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

Refund policy

Poco Nido is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.

We are happy to accept an exchange/return only if the product is damaged in transit. We will provide refund as store credit in case you want to utilise it at a later point.

An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case a claim of missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made.

In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected please make a video and inform the delivery partner on the spot.

Contact the customer care team if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made post this period.

In case of refund to be claimed, kindly contact our customer care on +91 9867606800 or write to us on with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with subject line “Refund For ”.

A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details.

Cancellation policy

A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

Shipping policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai – India, by courier. Please allow 4 to 8 business days from receipt of your order.


Order deliveries will be made between 9am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. 

Poco Nido is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The  shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
